Shipping:

1. It may take 7-14 hours to process your order . Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Fees and Timing : Free shipping worldwide. We strive to deliver your order within 5-9 business days in New York time.

3. To track your order, please visit your shipping confirmation email.

Returns:

Orders placed through another vendor should have the return initiated through the vendor it was purchased from. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, unless it is defective. A defective product would fall under our two-year factory warranty, which is explained in detail later on this page.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same state as the item you received. It must also be packed in the original packaging and include all original documents. Several types of goods are exempt from return. We do not accept the return of waste syrup, waste carbon dioxide gas cylinders (except for empty exchange), waste soda infusion equipment or waste PET bottles. Otherwise, the fee may be deducted plus the merchant's replenishment fee.

This return policy does not apply to the following situations: but not limited to the wrong color, size and style. If the item has not been opened and is in a new state, Asfolia is willing to make this replacement (if the item is unopened, unused, and within 30 days after purchase), but you have to bear all the costs associated with returning the product to us, as well as the costs associated with shipping the replacement product or component to you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
(i) Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (ii) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (iii) we will apply a restocking fee to items sold more than 30 days ago.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or purchase number so we can track it from our system.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before getting our approval. Email us at support@asfolia.com with your name and order number so we can start your return.

Asfolia Warranty Information:

This product is guaranteed to be free of material and workmanship defects for two (2) years from the date of original purchase, or for commercial use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is to repair or replace this product or any defective components at our choice. This warranty only applies to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to file a warranty claim, and Asfolia is not responsible for providing return packaging. If you believe that your product is eligible for warranty claim, Asfolia will bear the freight associated with the replacement/return of defective items. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product or component of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover PET bottles, used carbon dioxide, wear and tear caused by normal use, non-compliance with the instructions provided, or damage to the product caused by accident, change, abuse or misuse. In these cases, we reserve the right to charge a replenishment fee or invalidate your warranty. If the product is used with unauthorized accessories, this warranty may be invalid. We exclude all claims for special, incidental and consequential damages caused by the violation of express or implied warranties. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Unless prohibited by law, all implied warranties, including any statutory warranties or conditions suitable for merchantability or specific purposes, shall not be assumed. In this case, such warranties or conditions shall be limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights, which vary depending on where you live. Some states or provinces do not allow restrictions on implied warranties or special, incidental or indirect damages, so the above restrictions may not apply to you. This is the only express warranty of this product, which replaces other warranties or conditions.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are only responsible to replace items if they are defective or damaged.

For exchanges due to product defects, we cover the return shipping and related fees.

For exchanges other than for a product defect (i.e.- ordered the wrong size, color, etc.), you are responsible for costs associated with returning the unopened product/ shipping a replacement.

Gifts

If you were provided the gift and were not the original purchaser, please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
