PET Bottles Replacement Policy
Our PET bottles (BPA-free) are designed for durability and safety. They can last up to two years. However, to ensure optimal user health and experience, we recommend replacing them after this period.
How to Sign up for the Replacement Program
- Users who purchase our soda makers with PET bottles, as well as those who purchase PET bottles separately, are eligible for free replacement after two years of use.
- Simply submit your purchase record and proof of two years of use to our customer service center to apply for a free replacement of a new PET bottle.
- Please submit your order number and shipping address and we will contact you at the end of the 2 year period to reconfirm the shipping address and send you a new PET bottle free of charge.
